Ing. Martin Chinchilla Fonseca
Founding Partner
Civil Engineer, MSc, 1983 and Master in Sanitary Engineering, 1990.

He worked for more than 10 years in the Ministry of Health of Costa Rica, in the area of solid waste management, direction of protection of the human environment and as representative to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat. Subsequently he began his work with GRUPO PROAMSA and in these more than 20 years, he has carried out complementary training through courses, congresses and seminars at national and international level.

Ing. Adolfo Barrantes Mendez
Founding Partner
Civil Engineer, 1988 and Master in Sanitary Engineering,1990.

He worked for more than 10 years in the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, as an engineer of the Directorate of Human Environmental Protection. Subsequently he began his work with Grupo PROAMSA and in these more than 20 years, he has carried out complementary training through courses, congresses and seminars at the national and international level.

Ing. Jessica Nichols Morales
Associate Engineer – Manager
Civil Engineer, 2003; Master’s Degree in Environmental Management, 2009; Master’s Degree in Business Administration, 2020.

 With more than 15 years of experience in the field of Environmental and Health Engineering, specifically in the design and construction of industrial and domestic wastewater treatment systems, as well as in Environmental Impact Assessment processes, urban infrastructure construction design and planning. He has participated in courses and congresses to complement his training in the field.

Ing. Juan Diego Vargas Miranda
Associate Engineer – Project Area Director
Construction Engineer, 2002 and Master in Project Management, 2009.

Since 2002 it has been developed exclusively in the field of wastewater treatment (evaluation, design and construction), as well as design, construction, operation, and project management of various important Sanitary Fillings of the country. He has also participated in various courses and congresses at national and international level, as a complement to his training.

Alicia Jimenez Gonzalez
Associate Engineer – Director of Operation and Maintenance Area
Biotechnology Engineer, 2009 and Master in Environmental Engineering and Technology, 2011.

Since 2009 he has worked in the field of technical advice and operation of wastewater treatment systems and since 2010 leads the group of operational engineers of Grupo PROMSA. He has also participated in various courses and congresses at national and international level, as a complement to his training in Environmental Engineering.
