Since the previous year, as part of its business strategy, Grupo PROAMSA has been working on ways to improve the scope of its Wastewater Treatment Systems Operation services. For this, it has bet on improving the processes of taking and transferring data through the use of technology.
The implementation of a mobile application has allowed operators on the site of the plant to take and send data to our engineers, who have real-time information about what is happening in the treatment plant, and this allows an improvement in the decision-making processes.
Currently, the coverage of the use of the application reaches 100% of our clients in Costa Rica, and close to 50% of our clients in the Dominican Republic with very encouraging results.
We are working on new ways to take advantage of technology, so we will soon have new good news to share.
